Without a Thought

Fourteen or fourty, gay or straight,
We dream without a thought for fate,
But dreams of those we know as lovers
Form without a thought to others,
Their needs in life, their contrary desires,
Relationships torched in the dreamer's lust's fire.
Idealists push courage, speaking up, but in fact
It's restraint in not acting that keeps lives intact.

  1. Love your blog! I have so much that I should be doing right now, and am having a hard time deciding to stop reading. But here is my commitment in this comment, that I will read more another time. Awesome stuff! Way better format than Facebook notes.

  2. Thank you very much, Natasha! I hope you got done what you needed to.

I agree that this format is much better than Facebook notes. If I thought I was smarter, I'd be surprised it took me so long to try this.
