When assembling verse, I'm not hard to
confuse
If I'm deep in the sound of my
substitute muse
I can't always in meter my words align
Or assure, when assembled, that the
columns' ends rhyme
When I'm listening to music.
My shortcomings are explained, but that
doesn't excuse it.
