Demands

Demands disguise flaws. “Early to bed and early to rise”
Enables sleep addicts with ambition's disguise.
Some might say “the first step to flying is falling with style.”
Others insist “if they give you an inch, you must take a mile.”
I wonder, is the motive of puritans greed or contrition?
Success is counting mistakes and cash, a lousy definition.
I'm not cut out for style, furred and clumsy like a bee,
and taking more than others offer's not the life for me.
