The Dangers of Using Conventions On a Poet

Money is time.
Bridge your burns.
It's a mill to the grist.
The law is nine tenths of possesions.
A large society is an unright society.
The fence is always lower on the other side of the grass.
Eat the egg that hatched the golden goose.
I would not touch a ten-foot pole with it.
Angels rush in where fools fear to tread.
Are you friends or just lovers?
Why buy the milk when you can see the cow for free?
