Monogamous

I am, within the context of conversation, monogamous.
I will not stop talking to you to answer the phone.
I cannot keep track of four faces, four opinions, at once,
But I will not grow fonder with absence,
and I will not gaze longingly as you leave me,
Unless you give me a reason.
