What happens to all those ideas
We have while high or half-asleep?
Do they hang in unreached branches
Of our brains, to be picked or ripen
Or to blow down in the wind,
Rot under the snow of the mind's
Decembers,
Or do they live to be remembered?
If we shake our thoughts up, will they
fall?
Or were they even there at all?
