It Isn't Just

If you asked for the reason,
I couldn't give one answer.
It isn't just the posture,
The arms folded like a mother
Or an impatient stranger
Or a substitute teacher,
Nor just your expression,
Which leaves the face of a friend
On the verge of unfamiliar,
Nor just your own clipped answers,

But I'm worried.

And I don't worry.
