Real estate is sold
more or less at first sight
To tinkerers–people
who do something new with the light,
Who put in and take out
'til things are “just right,”
But despite my bulk, I
am not a house.
In fact, I'm packed –
as by hoarders – with doubt
That two people who
think like that could work out.
Perhaps that's why they
usually don't.
